Awareness-Raising Campaign in Yerevan State University
The mental health awareness campaigns under our "EmpowerUrself2Advocate4Wellbeing" project are moving forward with great energy. Recently, Tsaghik from our core team met with students from Yerevan State University for a thoughtful and engaging session. The discussion covered key topics like the criteria for good mental health and the fundamental pillars of self-care, helping participants explore how they can take better care of their mental well-being every day.
Students also learned about different strategies for emotional regulation and self-care, focusing on how to apply them in real-life situations. They were introduced to a few practical techniques aimed at tapping into their inner resources and boosting their ability to cope with challenges. It was a hands-on experience, giving them tools they can use to manage stress and improve their emotional balance in both their personal lives and academic journeys.
