ReflAction - Reflective learning

Dear readers,
This small manual will take you to the world of activities and interesting stories that were
implemented during the training course “ReflAction-reflective learning in youth work” in Tsaghkadzor, Armenia on 5-12 September 2021.
The project was organized in the framework of the Erasmus + Programme of the European Union
and involved 27 participants from 8 countries: Armenia, Georgia, Ukraine, Moldova, Slovakia, Estonia, Czech Republic, Romania. The proposed TC’ s main goal was to develop youth workers professional competencies by equipping
them with skills and tools to support reflective learning, which will highly improve their work quality.The methods used during the training had different shapes; team building activities, group discussions, energizers, facilitators based theoretical inputs as well as workshops by participants.We hope by reading this book you will learn something new and discover activities you can further use
in your projects.
