Workshop in Tavshut

Lilit from our team held a workshop at Tavshut Secondary School in Shirak region, where she met local youth. During the workshop they discussed what  mental health is, what myths the teens have heard about it, and explored which ones are facts and which ones are misconceptions through the “Myth or Reality” game.

During the session, we also discussed  basic emotions, how to recognize them, manage them in healthy ways, and use effective methods in difficult situations
