StrategizeYou(r)thJourneytoWellbeing is a two-year international project co-financed by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union, aimed at promoting mental health, self-care, and emotional well-being among young people and youth workers across Europe.
Through collaboration, testing, and co-creation, the project consortium has developed an educational curriculum for youth workers to strengthen their understanding of key mental health topics relevant to youth work. In addition, a set of reflective and interactive tools has been created to help deliver these topics to young people in an engaging and meaningful way emphasizing the importance of mental health.
All educational materials, tools, and games developed within the project are available for free download in English and in the languages of the partner countries.

“StrategizeYou(r)thJourney!” Educational Curriculum andToolkit for Youth Workers

The program includes 8 modules covering key topics in mental health, self-care, well-being, and resilience.
Each module offers both theory for youth workers and a practical toolkit with games, exercises, and worksheets ready to be used with young people for meaningful learning.

“Ease Zone” card game 

The game wants to provide healthy coping mechanism examples  as possible strategies to use in the face of stress and/or trauma to help manage painful or difficult emotions. It can help us adjust to stressful events while maintaining our emotional well-being.

“Wellness wins” board game 

The game was created to spark open and meaningful conversations about well-being while having fun. By mixing play with learning, it encourages players to reflect, share, and prioritize their own self-care.
